Civil Service Commissoner for the State of Israel.

Menachem Greenblum is a CPA, served as Director General of GES (Tambour Ecology) and Chairman of the Executive Council of its subsidiaries and was actively involved in a profound breakthrough in water desalination. As Director General Ministry of Science and Technology he was responsible for quadrupling the Ministry’s budget to promote national scientific projects and expand international scientific cooperation, in particular, with  agreements in Space Development. He then assumed the position of CEO Bar Ilan University.

She works closely to maintain and strengthen the relationship between the local Jewish Community and Israel 

Naomi Hadar is the Executive Director African Friends of Sheba Medical Center. Formally Executive Director of a NPO which ensures the safety and security of the local Jewish community with a mission of "Strong Israel in our heart". She works closely to maintain and strengthen the relationship between the local Jewish Community and Israel as well as the informal relationship between the country she resides in and the State of Israel. Naomi is a graduate of Tel Aviv University and The Technion.

  • Professor Shlomo Mor- Yosef  completed his tenure as Director General of the Hadassah Medical Organization (HMO) in Jerusalem in 2011. Prof. Mor-Yosef was the Chairman of the Board of the Israel National Institute for Health Policy Research between the years 2008-2014.
